1. Who is responsible for your data

This site is operated by the appointed marketing team for Amberwood at Holland: Li Yan (CEA salesperson registration R067661B), registered with ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd, Estate Agent Licence L3002382K, 450 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, Singapore 319394.

We market this development on behalf of the developer. We are not the developer, and this site is not the developer's official website.

2. What we collect

From the booking form, only what you type: your name, your mobile number, the bedroom type you are interested in, and an optional preferred viewing slot.

Automatically, when you submit: the page you submitted from, the country your request came from, the time of submission, and any advertising click identifier attached to your visit (for example Google's gclid) so we know which ad your enquiry came from.

We do not ask for and do not want your NRIC, passport number, income documents, bank details or any payment information. Please do not send them through this form.

3. Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry about Amberwood at Holland, to send you the e-brochure, floor plans and the price list when the developer releases it, and to arrange a showflat viewing.

To measure which of our advertisements produce genuine enquiries, so we do not keep paying for advertising that reaches the wrong audience.

We do not use your details for any other project or product unless you ask us to.

4. Your consent

The form carries a consent checkbox and will not submit without it. By ticking it you agree to be contacted by the appointed marketing team about Amberwood at Holland by phone, WhatsApp or SMS.

You can withdraw that consent at any time, and we will stop contacting you. Withdrawal takes effect as soon as we receive it.

Singapore's Do Not Call registry is respected. If your number is registered and you have not given us clear consent, we will not send you marketing messages.

5. Where it is stored and who sees it

Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and a notification of the enquiry is sent to the sales team's own messaging app so that someone can reply to you.

Your details are seen by the appointed marketing team handling this project. Where you decide to proceed with a purchase, the details required to register the transaction are shared with ERA Realty Network and with the developer, as the sale process requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not pass it to third-party marketing lists.

6. Cookies and measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to count visits and enquiries. These set cookies in your browser and record technical information such as your approximate location, device type and how you reached this site.

They are used to measure advertising performance, not to identify you personally. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, and you can control ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com. Blocking them does not stop you from using this site or the booking form.

7. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are following up with you, and thereafter only for as long as CEA and Singapore tax or transaction record-keeping rules require.

If you ask us to delete your details and no record-keeping obligation applies, we will delete them.

8. Your rights and how to reach us

You may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Contact the appointed marketing team directly:

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data already collected will be notified to you where the PDPA requires it.
